How much is the Entry Fee for Season-end Tourneys?
The actual 'style' or 'format' of any season-end event is determined by the 'licensed area director'. The overall available funds added throughout the season and the preferences/goals of the 'area director' will determine the costs associated with the season-end tourneys. These costs will vary from $10.00 to $20.00 depending on the number of side pots available and the overall tourney prize money the 'area director' wishes to reach. Below is ONLY an example of past events and does not necessarily reflect the actual-current costs at any particular event.

What is the Pay-Out for the Season-end Tourneys?
The Pay-Out for each of the above events will differ from Circuit Area to Circuit Area. For the pay-out is based on a combination of the Entry Fees at each event and the TOC/DARTISTRY funds (purse) added by the players from each NIGHTLY tournament during the six month qualification period. These season-end funds (purse) will vary depending on the number of weekly tournaments and the player participation at each tournament in a particular Circuit 'area'.
As an example:
The Charts below are calculated for the Dallas/Ft.Worth (DFW) Circuit. The funds for the disbursement you see below are a combination of the Entry Fees for each event and the Dartistry funds (purse) collected from the players from over 260 tournaments where a minimum of $5,000 is collected during the qualifying season. The amount of funds available for the purse is subject to change depending on participation levels at the Nightly Tournaments throughout the full 26 week qualifying season.
The example below is the PURSE / PRIZE MONEY - GUARANTEED at the 2004 5th DFW DARTISTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS.

The above figures are based on a participation total of 64 players, however if there are 80 players - an extra $160 is payed to the 17th through 24th finishing positions. For every four (4) additional players over 80, the payout is increased by the shown % for each finishing position.
Side Pots
in each tournament is totally independent of the funds in another tournament and are paid out at the end of each individual tournament at the larger event. The total dollars in each pot is dependent on the number of players participating in the Side Pot for that particular tourney. 100% of each Side Pot is paid back out to the participating players. Mystery Out Pot is usually paid 70% - 30% of the paid-in funds and is split by the partners. High Out and Honey Pot usually use the same 70% - 30% payout percentages and are also split equally by the partners.
