This is the individual, partnership, or corporation that has purchased a "Limited Use License" from PSP for a specific geographical area.

The AD is responsible for ALL aspects of the Circuit's growth within the boundaries and limitations of its license.

The AD prepares the promotional and advertising material, negotiates the sponsoring clubs agreements/contracts, posts the tournament results on the Circuit website, and is the communication link between that "Area", its players and Pub Sports Promotions.

The AD arranges for, prepares for and manages the Nightly Tournaments, as well as each TOC/SSS and Dartistry Championships in their area.

The AD, as the license holder, is soley responsible for the collection of, holding of, and dispersing of all MO funds, TOC/SSS funds, and Dartistry Funds (if any). The "buck" stops here for this "Area".
